2. Refundary brand

The Refundary name, logo, brand marks, visual identity, and related product names are proprietary identifiers of Refundary. Nothing on the Service grants a right to use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior permission.

3. Permitted use

You may access and use the Service for its intended personal or business utility purposes. You may link to public Refundary pages and make reasonable references to Refundary for commentary, reporting, reviews, or discussion, provided you do not misrepresent your relationship with Refundary.

4. Restricted use

Except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source license, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, scrape for republication, or create a confusingly similar copy of substantial proprietary portions of Refundary's website, branding, or original content without permission.

If you believe material on Refundary infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, contact Refundary through the official support channel and provide enough information to identify the protected work, the material at issue, your basis for requesting removal, and a way to contact you.

8. No implied license

Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, no license or right in Refundary intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
