Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Refundary, including its wallet scanner, rent recovery, Sell Dust, Protected Burn & Close, and related features. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Refundary is a Solana utility that helps users identify and, where supported, recover value associated with token accounts and unwanted token balances. A public wallet address may be scanned without connecting a wallet. Actions that change blockchain state require the relevant wallet approval.
Features may change, be added, limited, suspended, or removed as the Service develops.
2. Non-custodial use and wallet approval
Refundary does not ask for your seed phrase or private key. You remain responsible for your wallet and for reviewing transaction details before signing. Connecting a wallet by itself does not authorize a transaction.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted and confirmed. You must verify the wallet, assets, amounts, destinations, and instructions shown by your wallet before approving them.
3. Rent Recovery
Rent Recovery may identify SOL that can be recovered from eligible token accounts, including SOL in eligible empty accounts and excess rent where supported. Eligibility and recoverable amounts can change with Solana network rules and account state and are re-checked before a supported transaction.
4. Sell Dust
Sell Dust may identify small token balances under a user-selected value threshold and, when supported, route selected assets for conversion to SOL. If a source token account becomes empty and is eligible to close, its recoverable rent may also be included.
Quotes, token prices, routes, slippage, liquidity, and final received amounts can change. Third-party routing, liquidity, wallet, RPC, and blockchain services may be involved and may be unavailable or fail independently of Refundary.
5. Protected Burn & Close and Recovery Vault
Protected Burn & Close does not permanently burn the selected tokens on-chain. Selected eligible unwanted tokens are transferred to Refundary's Recovery Vault. Once the source token account is empty and eligible, it may be closed so its recoverable SOL rent can be returned.
Tokens transferred to the Recovery Vault are no longer held in your wallet. Refundary may hold, transfer, sell, dispose of, or otherwise manage assets received by the Recovery Vault. You should therefore treat a confirmed transfer as final.
Accidental selections
If you believe you transferred an asset by mistake, you may contact Refundary promptly and request assistance. Any recovery is discretionary, is not guaranteed, and is only possible if Refundary still controls the relevant asset and is technically and operationally able to return it. Any applicable recovery charge will be disclosed before a return is performed.
6. Fees
Refundary currently charges a 15% success fee on token-account SOL rent recovered through Rent Recovery and Protected Burn & Close, and a 10% success fee on value recovered through the Sell Dust flow, including supported swap proceeds and recovered rent. The applicable amount is presented in the product flow before a supported transaction is approved.
Refundary may change its fees prospectively. Network fees or third-party costs may also apply. Where Refundary sponsors network or setup costs, that sponsorship is feature-specific and may be changed or discontinued.
7. Your responsibilities
- Use only wallets and assets you are authorized to control.
- Review every transaction before signing.
- Keep your wallet, device, private keys, and recovery phrase secure.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or sanctions-evading activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Estimates and third-party information
Scanner results, USD values, quotes, token metadata, and estimated recoveries are informational estimates and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or change before execution. Refundary may rely on public blockchain data and third-party infrastructure. You should not rely on an estimate as a guaranteed payout or executable price.
9. No financial, tax, or legal advice
Refundary is a software utility. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, burn, transfer, or otherwise deal with any digital asset.
10. Risks
Digital assets and blockchain applications involve risks including software bugs, wallet errors, network congestion, failed or delayed transactions, token price changes, malicious or misleading tokens, third-party outages, protocol changes, and loss of access. You use the Service at your own risk.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Refundary does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, eligibility of any account, accuracy of estimates, or successful execution of any transaction.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refundary and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of digital assets, or losses arising from user selections, wallet approvals, blockchain activity, third-party services, or unauthorized access outside Refundary's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Intellectual property
The Refundary name, branding, interface, original text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Refundary intellectual property to you.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest published version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Contact and disputes
Questions, notices, or requests concerning these Terms may be sent through Refundary's official support channels. Before bringing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
